Gizlilik Politikası

DiyetAI ("biz", "uygulama" veya "hizmet"), kullanıcılarımızın gizliliğini korumayı taahhüt eder. Bu Gizlilik Politikası, kişisel verilerinizin nasıl toplandığını, kullanıldığını ve korunduğunu açıklar.
1. Toplanan Veriler
Yerel Veriler (Cihazınızda Kalır):
- Profil bilgileri (yaş, cinsiyet, boy, kilo, hedef kilo)
- Günlük öğün kayıtları ve kalori takibi
- Diyet planları ve alışveriş listeleri
- Su tüketimi kayıtları
- Kilo geçmişi ve ilerleme verileri
- Kayıtlı tarifler ve yemek tercihleri
- Oruç takibi verileri
- Tahlil sonuçları
- Uygulama tercihleri ve ayarları (tema, dil vb.)
Sunucuya Gönderilen Veriler:
- Benzersiz cihaz kimliği (hash) — lisans ve premium doğrulaması için
- Kullanıcı adı — hesap yönetimi için
- E-posta adresi — Apple veya Google ile giriş yapıldığında hesap yönetimi için
- IP adresi — güvenlik ve kötüye kullanım önleme amacıyla
Not: Kilo, boy, yaş, cinsiyet gibi kişisel sağlık bilgileriniz yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır ve sunucularımıza hiçbir şekilde gönderilmez.
2. Yapay Zeka ve Veri İşleme
Önemli: DiyetAI yapay zeka destekli bir uygulamadır. AI önerileri oluşturmak için kişisel verileriniz, DiyetAI sunucusu aracılığıyla Anthropic, PBC (ABD merkezli, Claude AI yapay zeka servisi sağlayıcısı) ile paylaşılır. Uygulama, verilerinizi AI servisine göndermeden önce açık izninizi alır.
AI servisine gönderilen veriler:
- Profil bilgileri: yaş, cinsiyet, boy, kilo, hedef kilo, aktivite seviyesi
- Beslenme tercihleri, alerjiler ve diyet hedefleri
- Fotoğraflar: yemek, buzdolabı, restoran menüsü veya laboratuvar tahlili fotoğrafları (ilgili özellik kullanıldığında)
- Günlük yemek kayıtları ve kalori verileri
- Laboratuvar/tahlil sonuçları (bu özellik kullanıldığında)
- Regl döngüsü bilgileri (takip ediliyorsa)
- Aile üyelerinin profil bilgileri (aile planı özelliği kullanıldığında)
AI verisi nasıl korunur:
- Verileriniz anonim bir cihaz kimliği ile gönderilir; adınız veya e-posta adresiniz AI servisine iletilmez
- API anahtarı sunucu tarafında tutulur, cihazınızda saklanmaz
- AI servisi (Anthropic) verileri kalıcı olarak saklamaz; yalnızca yanıt üretmek için işler
- AI sohbet geçmişi yalnızca cihazınızda tutulur
- AI veri paylaşım izninizi istediğiniz zaman Ayarlar bölümünden geri alabilirsiniz; bu durumda AI özellikleri devre dışı kalır
3. Hesap Bağlantısı (Google / Apple ile Giriş)
Uygulamamız Google ve Apple ile giriş özelliklerini destekler. Bu süreçte:
- Sağlayıcı tarafından verilen benzersiz kullanıcı kimliği saklanır
- E-posta adresiniz hesap yönetimi için saklanır
- Apple "E-postamı Gizle" seçeneğini kullanabilirsiniz
- Hesap şifreleriniz hiçbir zaman bizimle paylaşılmaz
4. Toplanmayan Veriler
Aşağıdaki veriler hiçbir şekilde toplanmaz, saklanmaz veya işlenmez:
- Google veya Apple hesap şifreleri
- Kişisel kimlik bilgileri (TC kimlik no, pasaport vb.)
- Konum bilgisi
- Telefon rehberi veya kişiler
- Diğer uygulamalardaki veriler
5. Veri Depolama ve Güvenlik
- Tüm kişisel verileriniz cihazınızda yerel olarak (AsyncStorage) saklanır
- Verileriniz cihaz dışına aktarılmaz (yedekleme hariç)
- Yedekleme dosyaları şifrelenmemiş JSON formatındadır; güvenli saklamak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır
- Sunucu iletişimi HTTPS ile şifrelenir
- Lisans doğrulama için yalnızca anonim cihaz kimliği kullanılır
6. Üçüncü Taraflar
- Kişisel verileriniz izniniz olmadan üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz ve satılmaz
- Anthropic, PBC (Claude AI): Kişiselleştirilmiş beslenme önerileri sunmak amacıyla, izniniz dahilinde profil bilgileriniz, fotoğraflarınız ve sağlık verileriniz Anthropic'in Claude AI yapay zeka servisine gönderilir. Anthropic, gönderilen verileri yalnızca yanıt üretmek için işler ve kalıcı olarak saklamaz. Anthropic'in gizlilik politikası için: https://www.anthropic.com/privacy
- Uygulama içinde reklam bulunmamaktadır
- Yasal zorunluluk dışında veri aktarımı yapılmaz
7. Çocukların Gizliliği
Hizmetimiz 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. 13 yaşın altındaki bireylerden bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamayız. 18 yaşından küçük kullanıcıların uygulamayı ebeveyn gözetiminde kullanması önerilir.
8. Veri Silme
İstediğiniz zaman tüm verilerinizi silebilirsiniz:
- Uygulama içinden: Ayarlar → "Tüm Verileri Sil" seçeneği
- Uygulamayı cihazınızdan kaldırarak
- E-posta ile talep göndererek: destek@diyetai.app
9. Haklarınız
6698 sayılı KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında aşağıdaki haklara sahipsiniz:
- Verilerinize erişim talep etme
- Verilerinizin düzeltilmesini isteme
- Verilerinizin silinmesini talep etme
- Veri işlemeye itiraz etme
- Veri taşınabilirliği talep etme
10. Politika Değişiklikleri
Bu gizlilik politikası zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Değişiklikler bu sayfada yayınlandığı anda yürürlüğe girer. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinden bildirilir.
Privacy Policy

DiyetAI ("we", "app" or "service") is committed to protecting our users' privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is collected, used and protected.
1. Data Collected
Local Data (Stays on Your Device):
- Profile information (age, gender, height, weight, target weight)
- Daily meal logs and calorie tracking
- Diet plans and shopping lists
- Water intake records
- Weight history and progress data
- Saved recipes and food preferences
- Fasting tracking data
- Lab test results
- App preferences and settings (theme, language, etc.)
Data Sent to Server:
- Unique device identifier (hash) — for license and premium verification
- User name — for account management
- Email address — when signing in with Apple or Google, for account management
- IP address — for security and abuse prevention
Note: Personal health information such as weight, height, age, and gender is stored only on your device and is never sent to our servers.
2. Artificial Intelligence and Data Processing
Important: DiyetAI is an AI-powered application. To generate AI recommendations, your personal data is shared with Anthropic, PBC (a US-based company providing the Claude AI service) through the DiyetAI server. The app requests your explicit consent before sending any data to the AI service.
Data sent to the AI service:
- Profile information: age, gender, height, weight, target weight, activity level
- Diet preferences, allergies, and dietary goals
- Photos: food, fridge, restaurant menu, or lab test photos (when the relevant feature is used)
- Daily meal logs and calorie data
- Laboratory/test results (when this feature is used)
- Menstrual cycle information (if tracked)
- Family members' profile information (when the family plan feature is used)
How AI data is protected:
- Your data is sent with an anonymous device identifier; your name or email address is not sent to the AI service
- The API key is kept server-side and is not stored on your device
- The AI service (Anthropic) does not permanently store data; it only processes it to generate responses
- AI chat history is kept only on your device
- You can revoke your AI data sharing consent at any time from the Settings section; AI features will be disabled in this case
3. Account Connection (Google / Apple Sign In)
Our app supports Google and Apple sign-in. During this process:
- The unique user identifier provided by the provider is stored
- Your email address is stored for account management
- You can use Apple's "Hide My Email" option
- Your account passwords are never shared with us
4. Data NOT Collected
The following data is never collected, stored or processed:
- Google or Apple account passwords
- Personal identification information (ID numbers, passport, etc.)
- Location data
- Phone contacts
- Data from other applications
5. Data Storage and Security
- All your personal data is stored locally on your device (AsyncStorage)
- Your data is not transferred outside your device (except backups)
- Backup files are in unencrypted JSON format; secure storage is your responsibility
- Server communication is encrypted with HTTPS
- Only anonymous device ID is used for license verification
6. Third Parties
- Your personal data is not shared with or sold to third parties without your consent
- Anthropic, PBC (Claude AI): With your consent, your profile information, photos, and health data are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI service to provide personalized nutrition recommendations. Anthropic processes sent data only to generate responses and does not permanently store it. For Anthropic's privacy policy, see: https://www.anthropic.com/privacy
- The app may display advertisements; ad networks can only access anonymous device information and cannot access your personal health data
- No data transfer except legal obligations
7. Children's Privacy
Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 13. Users under 18 are recommended to use the app under parental supervision.
8. Data Deletion
You can delete all your data at any time:
- From within the app: Settings → "Delete All Data" option
- By removing the app from your device
- By sending a request via email: destek@diyetai.app
9. Your Rights
Under KVKK (Turkish Data Protection Law) and GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Request access to your data
- Request correction of your data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to data processing
- Request data portability
10. Policy Changes
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Important changes will be notified within the app.
